Do myomer implants also cover prosthetics. If you have triple strength myomer and prosthetic limbs do they also have the triple strength in the limbs?

As long as you pay the appropriate prices, sure. The way we set the price for "full body" implants basically assumes that you've augmented the muscles of all four limbs, with some extra for the torso, and maybe the neck. If you already swapped your arms out for prosthetics, you'd STILL pay the same price (over and above what you paid for said prostheses) unless you negotiate something with your GM to get around it. But if you DO pay that full price for a full-body TSM implant, the default assumption is that all your limbs got the same enhancement.
