Hex Map Movement question.
« on: 22 September 2019, 16:12:07 »
Do you pay to turn facing or is turning free?

If the latter, can you point out in the rules where it says that?

Thanks

Free.
The non-hex movement rules say you apply a facing at the end of movement for free, and there’s nothing in the hex conversion that says to change that.

This is how I’ve always interpreted the rules, too.

Thank you.

Another question.  In the non-hex rules a unit can move in any direction.  I assume that’s the case in the hex rules as well.  Is that correct?  Thanks.

Correct.  In Alpha Strike movement, the only time facing comes into account is determining the facing at the end of movement.
