(Answered) Screen Launcher Chaff

Screen Launchers (TW, p.251) are used to completely block LoS between targets.  For the first three questions, let's assume that the target unit is at 0 velocity and has surrounded itself with 6 Screen chaff counters covering all adjacent hexes.

1)   Is a unit able to bypass the Screen chaff counters' protection by moving directly into the unit's hex and stacking with it?  With an effective range of 0, would it be able to fire any weapon it wants to at the target?

2)   May the above unit be attacked by a Tele-Operated Missile that ends it's movement phase in that unit's hex?  If so, is the Screen chaff counter's +2 (or greater) to-hit modifier applied to this attack due to the broken operator link?

3)   If the above unit does not move the following turn, may a Bearings-Only Launched (SO, p.101) Capital Missile attack this unit so long as the Activation Hex is the same one that this unit occupies?

4)   Under Meeting Engagement Weapons Fire (SO, p.82), I understand how the damage is applied.  On a successful Control Roll, the attacker manages to launch the Screens directly into the incoming target.  The Standard-Scale damage is 15*[High Speed Damage Multiplier]/2.  But, under the example text it states that Andrea's Fox-class corvettes would have taken less damage if she had used her Screen Launchers.  Does this mean that, in a Meeting Engagement, Screen Launchers also apply their +2 (or greater) to-hit modifier to every attack made?

5)   I assume that a Screen Launcher uses some type of "magical" properties to eliminate all momentum.  Is the maximum Velocity for a Screen chaff counter 0?

6)   Does Gravity (TW, p.80) effect Screen chaff counters?
