OK, fairly simple question (For now at least), are Tears Gas SRMs (TacOps 372) Class I Chemical Weapons (IO 180)? Because there's a lot of overlap between the two, but there's also quite a fair deal of contradiction.

They're intended to represent the same concept, but feel free to use whichever rule set you prefer.  IO is the more recent and should probably take precedence on that basis if that's something you care about.  Remember that the TO version was completely rewritten in the errata.
