ERROR - Missing Mainpage Dropdown Link

On the main website pages, when you access the "Books" drop-down menu and then browse to E-Publications, the resulting sub-menu does not list the MapPacks section.

The E-Publication page itself does have a section for MapPacks, but the drop-down menus don't list it for some reason, making it so that you have to hunt through menus manually to see if it exists and find the details.
