From the novel Crimson Night, author Jennifer Brozek wrote that the characters saw a missive from the DCA that the remaining members of the Seventh Ghost had been executed by Combine authorities. This is from a character's point of view, so clearly this could be incorrect or just an outright lie. Timeline: 3150
From the sourcebook Dominions Divided, the Seventh Ghost raided Nagel in force in 3152, before fighting on Greeley in 3152. (DD, pages 69 and 73). Afterwards they 'quietly disappeared.'
Is this a discrepancy or just 'fog of war' style difference of fact? If the Seventh Ghost were actually executed by the DCMS for treason, what force appears on Nagel in 3152? Was the Seventh reconstituted? Was it actually the Fifth Ghost? Some other reason for the discrepancy perhaps?
