Zugvogel A Cockpit Command Console

The Zugvogel A is a fixed-wing Support OmniVehicle configuration that pod-mounts a Cockpit Command Console. Is this legal under current rules? My understanding is that the Cockpit Command Console must be a fixed component of the chassis.
