Original Faction Dossiers in PDF

I have the Original Faction Dossiers in physical format but is there any place they where ever made available in PDF format?

There some on Sarna and some on Warrenborn's site.

Didn't think to look on Sarna. But having now looked they seem to have the files I already have. I am specifically asking about the 6 original faction cards and the RotS timeline card. I think they where released in the original "Starter Pack" when the game was released.
