Got an idea from Starcraft's Marauder unit. In SC2, the Marauder is power armored infantry with twin "Punisher" grenade launchers (hence the name of my suit, no relation to the superhero).
Figured it would make an interesting basis for a battle armor.
Now, grenade launchers are pretty dubious weapons in BT, but SRMs on the other hand...
I figured that this would be of mercenary/corporate origin. The Inner Sphere Standard and Gray Death Standard are common but their lack of missiles may be a problem. Thus, they'd be supplemented by these Punisher Support Armors armed with missiles.
Simplicity is a key design parameter here. The suit uses basic armor, 8 points worth, this is partially because of payload imposed limitations, partially because this is to highlight the suit's nature as supporting unit.
To keep pace with Inner Sphere Standard, the suit has 3 jumping movement.
The suits simple design precluded use of manipulators but this was not seen as an issue since the pure missile armament doesn't work during swarming, and leg attacks are left for primary combat suits. However, mechanized operations are important, and so the newly available MagClamps are installed on the suit (common availability in '67, lack of manipulators is not an issue as seen in the Marauder battle armor), something mercenaries are expected to like due to relative rarity of OmniMechs and OmniVehicles.
Armament consists of twin SRM-1s with 6 shots per launcher. Because Inner Sphere battle armor are unable to mount missiles in a backpack and jump, missile launchers are located in the arms. Missile magazines are designed to be easily replaceable.
Finally, the armor has a searchlight. An AP weapon mount was considered but rejected because the Punisher is intended to retreat once it is out of ammo, and it is expected to work in concert with other suits that can handle anti-infantry duties. And infernos are always an option.

Note: Corrected ammo counts and masses below because MML doesn't export them for some reason. Also note that the suit cannot actually swarm nor conduct leg attacks despite MML claiming it can. As such i'm not actually sure if the BV is correct.
