Since I decided to do a deep dive into the more strategic layers of the various systems (SBF, ACS, ISW), I needed a way to quickly create units from the bottom up. With that in mind, I've been spending way too much time creating a spreadsheet that does the conversion from AS to SBF and SBF to ACS. This will also let you do comparisons between various configurations at the different layers, making it easier to create distinctive units for play instead of just using one simple generic set of stats.
The different levels of play are color coded, so that should help you navigate the different sheets once you grok the code. The overview sheet will be helpful.
Right now, all the lists from which it pulls the stats are not entirely populated, but I think you can see how it works, the benefit and if needed you could add in those stats. Currently it has a bunch of 'Mechs, the standard lances from Combat Manual:Kurita and that's pretty much it.
Also, I'm certain there's some bugs or "unintended features" in there, but it does the basic trick.
