242nd Hussar Regiment

Maybe this is the correct place.

Hi,

Is the 242nd Hussar Regiment unit belonging to XLVI Corps (Star League) the same unit that appears in 20 Years Update now working for the Lothian League? Are they the "descendants" of that SLDF unit?

It's a question that's been raised before on the forums in the following thread - http://bg.battletech.com/forums/index.php?topic=18138.msg410004#msg410004 - but there is no conclusive answer in canon.
