Yeah. My issue is just that cards require more of an investment. I usually only want to go in and play a game or two, so loading a card isn't really worthwhile to me.

Besides, haven't video game cabinets been built to prevent the use of slugs since the 80s?

The arcade in my area is mostly retro machines, and it's just a fee to enter, once inside all the games are free.

I did notice that one of the options available was to buy a two or three hour pass that gave you unlimited credits for the duration.

That's a fascinating topic, but not really relevant to anime.

Back on topic, I gave Bofuri a try. I was surprised by how much I've enjoyed it. It's nice to see such a show with a protagonist who's a nice person and not all broody or arrogant, yet also isn't an extreme doormat.

Sound of the Sky (Soranowoto) is another one. Main characters have lostech mecha with superconductors and stuff, and they are struggling to acquire right glass lens for it. BattleTech a good number of moments like that: when WoBbies turn their Jihad to high gear, Hammerhands march once more.

Well, compared to the Manga it sure is. I mean, they still have a goal and an adventure ahead of them. You're not hoping they're going to die peacefully in their sleep when the anime is over.

If technology crashed, I think we'll be having other issues then figuring out how we're gonna pay for out games and anime. :)

I have the DVD release of it. Wonderful movie. I just wish I could of gotten the Soundtrack...

Just released on blu-ray in Japan. It was in theaters there most of last year. No word om a US release for ant of the Das Finale films.
