Where exactly do we put fan content (or fan modified content) that is not a design, a unit, or art? As an example, I'm working on updating the Modified Warchest System I had on the old forums. Over there, it was in the General thread, but I'm under the impression (perhaps mistaken) that is more for discussion. Is it a Fan Article? I know things can be moved easily enough, I'm just wanted to ask for some clarification to avoid the need for getting it moved. Thanks! :)
