Title: (Answered) Multiple tech teams on refits

The specific question is if and how multiple tech teams may be used on refits. On StratOps page 171 in the MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND SALVAGE CHECK MODIFIERS TABLE (CONTINUED) table, there is a -1 modifier for each extra tech team assigned to a repair, maintenance and salvage activity up to 3. Refit is not mentioned and there appears to be no further clarification in text.

1. Can multiple tech teams contribute to a refit?
2. Can teams with different levels of experience be used on the same activity?
3. For mixed experience teams, whose experience determines the TN? The most senior, most junior or average?
4. Can CLAN teams contribute to an IS repair and vice versa?

Almost everything applies to customization as well, including multiple teams.

As for how the multiple teams work, this will be in the upcoming SO errata:

Technician Type Modifiers table (p. 171)
*To a maximum of 3 teams per unit; maintenance on WarShips, JumpShips, Space Stations, DropShips and Large Naval Vessel Support Vehicles cannot be augmented with additional Technical Teams.
Change to:
*To a maximum of 3 teams per unit; use the highest team experience as the base experience level; extra teams must be at full strength, no more than one experience level lower and must have the appropriate Technician skill to help; does not apply to maintenance on Large Naval Vessel Support Vehicles and aerospace units larger than Small Craft.
