2nd Line: Per additional Team –1*

*To a maximum of 3 teams per unit;  maintenance on WarShips,  JumpShips,  Space Stations,  DropShips and Large Naval Vessel Support Vehicles cannot be augmented with additional Technical Teams.

Question:

Do additional tech teams have to match the unit type? (i.e., can additional teams of mechanics be used to provide a modifier for a Tech/Aerospace team, for example?)

The techs must all match the unit categories as given on p. 168 to be relevant to the process.
