Besides his flagship cola drink, Canna Cola, he will also produce Dr. Pepper-like Doc Weed, lemon-lime Sour Diesel, grape-flavored Grape Ape and orange-flavored Orange Kush.

A 12-ounce bottle will cost $10 to $15.

What kind of name is Sour Diesel.  Diesel being a fuel is nasty, so why name something sour diesel...

I wonder if driving and drinking this type of soda would be considered driving with an open container?

Somebody, somewhere has got to have used that as a defence.

I don't imagine it would be any more harmful than the alcohol energy drinks that were just banned.

One wonders if THC will be effective delivered as a liquid. I know proponents of medicinal marijuana have alleged that the medicinal values can only be achieved through smoking and not ingestion as a solid.

Check your State Laws for "Open Container" dose it say Alcohol or Intoxicant, I heard about a guy in the states who got off because he was drinking an over the counter liquid pain killer medication that had "Do not Operate a Motor Vehicle or Heavy Mechanical wile under the influence of this Medication" on the label, because the State Law read Alcohol. he still got done for driving under the influence. person who told me said if they got him for Open Container as well as all the other charges (Seatbelt, Dangerous Driving, driving without a licence and so on) the judge could have given him Jail time as well as/instead of a long list of fines he apparently never paid.

What's "open container" for most of you, Cash, Demerit Points, Upgrade of the Charge (on an other driving offence) or a combination of any or all of the above?
