IWM Nonstandard Parts Order

a while back, speck mentioned you could do orders for parts that weren't in the scrapyard. which of the good folks in Cincinnati do i need to contact to make that happen?

I just use their contact page and give the model name, number, and part description.  One of them will send an e-mail back acknowledging you and asking whether this should be a separate order or if you want to combine it with an order you placed online.  I usually wait until I make a large order and combine shipping.

That is correct, use the Suport form and it will come to me.
