Hell's Horses return to the inner sphere

Where can I find info for the Horses's return to the Inner Sphere. Is it in Wars of Reaving, one of the Jihad books or both?

Particularly, when did the Horses begin aiding Stone's group?

mostly in TWoR (as well as select Jihad periodicals). As for Operation SCOUR? Only JF, W (both factions), GB & NCs offered units to Stone... although I use the word offered liberally.
