Reposts from the lost forum:

All entries PDF

Page 3
Rules Annex: change Ken Horner to Ken’ Horner

Pages 17-18
"Zilang" should be "Ziliang" in multiple places

Page 20
Right-hand column, second paragraph down, it names a world as "Robstart".
Fix:
The correct spelling is "Robsart".

Page 21
"In January of 3070, the Capellan Chancellor miraculously resurfaced from the ruins of his palace and called for a cease-fire with Duke Hasek’s forces, effectively ending the continued firefight on New Syrtis."

Sun Tzu resurfaced in 3069, as of JHS3070, JHS3072, and Herb's posting on the matter. The entire passage probably needs to be rewritten. Maybe

"Having resurfaced in January 3069 from the ruins of his palace, the Capellan Chancellor called for a cease-fire." Or his resurfacing needs to be referenced earlier, maybe in Wave 3.

Page 34
New Avalon: Torture, Lament and Freedom
"John Davion" should be "Jon Davion"

Page 41
Text box "Tiger's Eye blind"
The current Musukosan no Ryu means "Dragon of the son(s)".
Fix:
"Sons of the Dragon" is Ryu no Musukosan

Page 61
Devil's Brigade:
Heavily damaged in the fighting on Arcturus—they reportedly faced the Forty-seventh’s command Level III ...
The Fortieth assaulted Arcturus
Fix:
Change Forty-seventh to Fortieth

Page 62
Everything Old is New Again, first column, last sentence:
"But now, the Word of Blake has transported us back to the bad old days to of the early Succession Wars."
Fix:
Remove "to"

Page 91
2nd Division writeup : "In 3072, this Division—backed up by the Thirty-seventh Division and elements of the Forty-third Shadow"
Fix:
Thirty-seventh Division should be changed to Thirty-eighth Division.

Page 95
8th division writeup : "In September of 3070, the Eighth reunited to join in the attack on St. Ives, alongside the Seventeenth Division and Simonson’s Cutthroats"
Fix:
Seventeenth Division should be changed to Twenty-first Division.

Page 98
27th Division (Shield of the Faithful)
Here it first says the 27th Division first appeared in combat in December 3069 as part its invasion of Wei.
However, later in the profile for the 27th Division lists this:

"After the exile of the false Thomas Marik from Atreus in 3068, the Word moved the Twenty-seventh from the Capellan Theater to the Free Worlds, and staged this command on Keystone."

Page 100
29th Division's profile claims the raid accrued in February 3072.   Article that appears in Jihad Hot Spots: 3072 - ''Stepping Stones" page 36 gives the date of the Pesht raid by the 29th Division (with assistance from the 42nd Shadow Division) is being in February 3071..

I've asked the Writers, and Herb responded that the Master Timeline shows the raid did happen in '71.

Page 102
16th Division - The Razors-eta profile:
Caselton misspelled as Castleton.

Page 137
The equipment table lists units having Fair Upgrades, with an example of a Protectorate Militia, as having a rating of BP rating.  In the actual unit listings (pg 140 and 141), units are listed as having a equipment rating of PM
Fix:
Change BP to PM

Page 138
WoB Force Arrangements
there's a misspelling of "Blakist" as "Balkist" in the first paragraph

Page 139
Random Unit Assignment Tables, All tables are labeled as Light
Also, the DropShip table on this page is labeled 'Aerospace Fighters'.
Fix:
Change 'Light Units' to 'Medium Units', 'Heavy Units' and 'Assault Units' on successive tables.

Heavy BattleMech table, Blakist Protectorate Column.
BL-8-KNT Black Knight
Fix:
BL-9-KNT Black Knight

Page 139
Equipment Rating
'BP'
Fix:
Change BP to PM

Page 145
Retrotech, Primitive BattleMechs, Stage 3, Add Additional Heat Sinks:
"...the number of sinks that need not be allocated on a Primitive ’Mech is equal to the unit’s Engine Rating times 25 (rounded down)."
Fix:
"...Engine Rating divided by 25..."

Page 150 and Pulverizer Record Sheet
Armor is listed as 278 points of Ferro-Fibrous armor with a listed weight of 15.5 tons. Actual weight of 278 points of Ferro-Fibrous armor is 16.0 tons.
Fix:
Reduce armor points to 277 to make the weight of the armor correct and also make the 'Mech legal as it is currently 0.5 tons overweight.

Page 152
RPT-2X RAPTOR II, ECM listed as mounted in the head. Recordsheet on pg 156 shows A beagle Probe in the head.

Page 159
ST-14G Stag, Medium laser, LA and H indicate no heat generated.

Page 163
DV-1S Dervish record sheet
There are two discrepancies with the DV-1S Dervish record sheet:
1. There is a single heat sink in the center torso.  All of the Dervish's heat sinks should be in the engine with a rating of 265.

2. (not necessarily errata) The DV-1S Dervish can support two additional points of armor.  16 * 0.67 * 10 tons = 107.2.  The Dervish only has 105 armor points.

Page 163 and 166
The Heat/Damage values given for the Binary Laser Cannon are incorrect. They should be 16 heat, 12 damage, as per current Tactical Operations errata.

Quote from: PDF edition, p. 96, "35th Division (Purity of Blood)"
The Thirty-fifth first appeared in a two-pronged assault on the worlds of Liberty and Genoa in August of 3069.

Typo: The timeline for the Jihad in Jihad: Final Reckoning, page 45, indicates that Genoa and Liberty were hit in August of 3068, not 3069. As indicated by Mr Beas in this thread, The Blake Documents are in error, and the assaults did in fact take place in 3068.

Solution: Change 3069 to 3068.

It's more interesting than optimal, and therefore better. O0 - Weirdo

should read (sans bolding)

"Note: Primitive 'Mechs may not use modern targeting computers, C3 or C3i systems unless they are also equipped with advanced fire control.  Modern BattleMech cockpit types automatically feature such fire control systems."

Noted updated release:
The Catalyst Game Labs Store notified me on 21 July that Tactical Operations had been updated. When I arrived, I see a new method of providing updates, with Jihad Conspiracies: Interstellar Players 2 listed.  However, when downloaded, the title is actually this one, Jihad Secrets: The Blake Documents, and it is bigger than the original release by 3.1 mbs. Doing an electronic comparison did not immediately reveal any differences.
Checking against the errata here, and none of these had been changed, even the easy ones. I have no idea what the additional mbs added.
But, the obvious mistake is that it is listed as an update on the store as Jihad Secrets: The Blake Documents.

PDF, page 65 Map

Issue: Mica I is on the map label

Correction: Change to Mica II
"Assassinating" the Clan commander's goldfish is hardly the stuff of legend.

PDF, p. 17

"Second Capellan Reserve Cavalry"
Issue: No such a unit
Correction: Replace with "Second Confederation Reserve Cavalry"
"Assassinating" the Clan commander's goldfish is hardly the stuff of legend.
