(Answered) IO - Super-Heavy mech split locations
« on: 26 January 2019, 17:30:09 »
So if making a Super-Heavy mech, and putting in artillery pieces, can you do which of the following?

1) Split crits between 2 adjacent locations as you desire

or

2) Split crits between 2 adjacent locations once you run out of crits in the main location

The only thing I can find is in the tech manual pg 57

Thanks

Realism is not going to cut it, Battletech is not a realistic universe by any stretch of the imagination, so please stop using it in an argument.

That's debatable, but let's face it; some folks gave them a pass because they were big and claimed to be Scottish.

As you always use the most restrictive weapon arc for split-location weapons, this is typically only done when out of room.  But it can be done as desired between torso and arms (you can't split into the legs ever).
