In Field Manual 3145, it is written "QuadVees with Jump Jets may use Jumping MP, even in Vehicle Mode" while in Interstellar Operations, it is written "QuadVees with Jump Jets may not use Jumping MP while in Vehicle Mode.".

Which one is right?
