You thought that I was done primitive warshipifying the jumpships of the inner sphere but YOU'D BE WRONG!
Code: [Select]
Liberty WarJumpship

Introduced: 2470
Mass: 203,000
Battle Value: 1,040

    Aft Sides: 6/6
    Aft: 6

    Bay 1:  Small Craft (4)         1 Door
    Bay 2:  Fighter (4)             1 Door
    Bay 3:  Cargo (1860.5 tons)     1 Door

Ammunition:
None

Dropship Capacity: 4

Weapons:     Capital Attack Values (Standard)
Arc (Heat) Heat  SRV     MRV     LRV      ERV    Class
None

I've dropped three lightyears. In exchange I get a 1/2 transit drive, another grav deck, 2 more smallcraft bays, 4 fighter bays for a protective detail worth a damn, and still 3 times the cargo space of a regular Liberty class jumpship. That being said, if I really did want to do something drastically different with the liberty, I could drop two more lightyears and have 12k tons more to work with. That would give me more fuel bunkerage, more smallcraft bays, more fighters, and more cargo which would really give it legs.

So the only issue is cost then right?  The normal liberty is 1/9th the cost, but the warjumpship version is available to be built earlier and later converted to dropship use, and is more useful as it moves around at almost the same jump distance.
