Oddly enough I'd like to see Raul survive the Jihad. He's an interesting character would probably make a great 'boogeyman' for the Republic and the Successor States after the Jihad ends.

As a precondition, being Manei Domini requires a certain mindset first and foremost; cybernetical enhancements are secondary to that. And Raul Tinker obviously is beginning to have his doubts about his conviction...
So while he may end up with a cyber prothesis or two, I don't see him becoming a zealot.
