I think it does, but nothing on the rules says it surely does. That's why I ask a question for this.
For example, if a Battle Armor squad activates its ECM Suite/Angel ECM(on TO) and activates ECM mode, then is a missile attack with Artemis IV FSC disrupted by ECM when the attack targets that Battle Armor squad with one-hex ECM field?
