The rule is that it does aimed shots as if using a targeting computer. It’s specifically written that way so we don’t have to rewrite all the exact same rules we wrote for targeting computers all over again. It interacts with pulse weapons the same an aimed shot with a targeting computer. It is limited in not being able to select the head location, same as a targeting computer. It’s not saying it has a targeting computer, it’s saying the same rules that govern targeting computers (because otherwise free aimed shots are broken) also govern aimed shots from Marksman and Cluster Hitter.
