(Answered) TMM and dismounted units

Given that the transporting infantry section is changing and that dismounting happens now as infantry movement, do infantry get movement TMM or a TMM as if they stand still?

Can they choose their movement mode?

p38, "a dismounting unit has a TMM of 0".
