Editing Transporation Expenses (2-way) in manual contracts

I'm playing a Campaign Operations campaign using MekHQ 49.15.  I'm used to using AtB for contract generation but wanted to take a crack at doing it manually via CO.

I was generating a contract and couldn't find a way to include transportation expenses which resulted in ludicrously high contract payments (that I'm used to being deducted in AtB contracts since it's generated automatically).

Is there a way to edit or calculate transportation expenses in the contract editor?
