Try building it as a Support Vee.

EDIT: Never mind... just did. Comes in way overweight and not much cheaper

HeavyMetal doesn't do Support Vehicles & I suck at doing it by hand. Besides, this seems to work fine aside for its price.

Hmm, it seems my design doesn't work as a support vehicle but does work as a combat vehicle. As a support vehicle, it would be over-weight.
