Converting HBS scenarios to TT

Just wondering if anyone has done this yet?  I have not seen a scenario yet that does not seem it could be converted to TT if you applied the pre-damaged for pirate forces like a briefing says.

As interesting as the scenarios are Im actually more intrigued by giving some of their weapon rebalances a try
AC 2 to 5 Damage
AC 5 to 9 Damage
AC 10 to 12 Damage
I dont suppose anyone has done a more exhaustive list of house rules for making TT morr closely reflect HBS' effort?

I think that using the Ramshackle status for TT play is a fantastic idea. Helps to keep minor threats from bogging tne game down too much.
