The Skin Walker II and picture reminded me of an older design that I worked up ever so many years ago.
Omni-Stormcrow, but with lower end IS tech. Just changed a few other things around and voila, a mech that
doesn't compete with the Stormcrow on a head to head basis, but a design that can certainly help out pace some
of the Stormcrows strengths, with other IS design patterns.
