So I tried to log into the Catalyst online store to get a copy of the Blue Star PDF. It wouldn't recognize the email and password that I registered with. I attempted to get it to send me a link to reset my password assuming that I had just forgotten my password. The system then told me that there was no account with that email address. Weird I thought as I had a link in my inbox with links to previous free PDFs I had downloaded.
So I register for a new account with the email address that it just said wasn't in use. It then sent me a link to enable the account. I enabled the account and then it redirected me to a page that had links to the previous PDFs I downloaded.
I am not sure what went on but it appears to have let me re-register with an existing email and then relink my account with the old account that it said wasn't there in the first place.
Really weird

The store was migrated a few years ago. If you hadn't been to it in a while, that may be the reason.

I think you'll probably want to contact CGL directly. This is for mostly the forum and news/main sites. Unless one of the volunteer IT peeps also works on the CGL store. I don't believe so, but I could be wrong.

So when the new site was set up a database of old users was brought over. When you registered with the same email as your old account it automatically linked your previous purchases to the account. Same thing happened for me.

I've made a purchase since then. I DLed some PDFs from the store four months ago
