Khan was a true individualist/egoist. Kirk, was a stooge, front-man for a Communist State controlled by green-blooded, inhuman Vulcans! Kirk also acted inappropriately on a number of occasions with female aliens, which I am sure goes against Federation Rules and Regulations (yet they STILL promoted him to Admiral, pretty "mantopian" . )

Also Khan was right about the Federation stagnated in bio-tech, though he did not know the full extent of how they persecuted and imprisoned genetically engineered humans - while using them. And also, he was right about how Kirk failed to check on them!

Going to guess it was a mod based on what Blaine has said on FB.

I know I am a lot less active on these forums myself after an experience of a heavy handed mods.
