The first time I watched the trailer I did not like it.
The second time I watched the trailer, I still did not like it, but I disliked it less than the first time. So progress? ???
I just remain skeptical that this is doable while remaining even semi-faithful to the source material. The only way I see it working is recasting every arc or season, and focusing each season on a new main character (alongside Hari Seldon, of course, who remains the common anchor between each era).
There's also the problem of the eventual end of the series being a massive anti-climax to viewers who have no idea who or what R. Daneel Olivaw is or why they should care.
They did pick a good Hari Seldon, though.
