It is a bit more then two years ago since I’ve started to work on the Unit Color Compendium book.

I would have never imagined back then that today there will be a website. https://unitcolorcompendium.com

About the Unit Color Compendium

The Unit Color Compendium was an idea of having some sort of unit paint scheme resource for BattleTech enthusiasts utilizing flyingdebris awesome redesigns of Mechs for MWO. The resource is aimed at people who want to paint their minis and fans who’re looking for a new paint scheme idea for MWO or HBS BATTLETECH or any other BattleTech related game there is. This “idea” has, over time, transformed into a non-printable book (PDF) with over 300 pages. However, there were some disadvantages which came along with the book format. Now the UCC has become a database for Battletech unit paint schemes and color palettes. https://unitcolorcompendium.com

At the moment I'm busy uploading as much as possible. So I can't take care of it myself. That said, it's possible that it will be done by some of the artists. I remember someone asking something similar.

I was wondering what Clans these were initially before clicking on them. Nice Cloud Cobra and Coyote schemes though.

The Faction is mentioned above the Unit Name.

i.e.

Clan Coyote (in light grey)
Rho Galaxy (dark grey)

At first I wanted to write out Clan XXX Alpha Galaxy for instance. But it sorta doubled when looking at the unit card ...
