First, the Penetrator is a great mech so good choice!  I like the rest of your force alot, great choices.  The only thing I would consider is dropping the Enfield and/or Bushwacker for something more mobile/jump capable... Combined with the Stealth and the Enforcer III (even the Falconer) two other fast jump capable mechs could really move around the board at high speeds over any kind of terrain and really help you split forces up....  Things like:

Hellspawn 6/9/6 or Griffin 5/8/5 for long range
Shadow Hawk 5/8/5 or Wolverine 5/8/5/ for balanced
Nightsky 6/9/6 for brawler

Phoenix Hawk, Firestarter Omni too...

I haven't seen it mentioned but use the Rakshasa MDG-1B, a loss of range but damage remains and it it alot better on heat. O0

This list includes a number of my favorite mechs.

The key with this list will be to keep the mechs close enough/grouped enough to support each other.  With proper grouping, you can have a very mobile flanking force backed by a very strong fire support group.

We already have the lists locked so we can't switch out mechs. Me and my brother have a lot of obligations even though it is fall break, so its going to take several days to play the game. Thanks for all the advice.

This is going to take awhile. My brother isn't really a committed player.  :( Right now we are at turn four, and i'm close to throwing him through a window for taking so long. Hopefully we can get more of the game done today.

Timed rounds. We use a stop watch app for turns. For something that big we do lance movement and 90. Second turns. If you haven't moved 4 mechs in that time you're done. We also don't use internals with something that big. Just a few suggestions. Also. Roll more than 1 weapon on 1 pair of dice. If you have like 2-3 weapons with the same range roll all to hit on one pair. Do separate locations. Its an all or nothing gamble. It also evens out in the end with hits.
