Hello,

simple question, do Clan Trueborns have belly buttons (given their artificial breeding)?

Yes. The Clan eugenics system didn't change how embryos form into tiny humans, after all, so the same umbilical system is used to nourish the pre-born trueborns.

I was not sure because at the picture in the Jade Falcon source book, page 16, showing the Iron Wombs, there is not recognizable that the embryos does have an equivalent of a umbilical cord fixed to.

Artwork is practically the last thing one should consider canonical, since so many pieces are largely stylized.
