When firing flak ammunition (TO p. 352) out of a standard or light AC/5 at a ground target and halving the damage, do I round the result up or down? TacOps doesn't seem to say.
(Going with precedent, I rather suspect it's "down". I just can't seem to find anything official saying so at the moment.)
