Well she lacks cap scale aft weapons and is very ammo dependent. Cargo might be a bit on the light side considering the 2 fighter squadrons that have to be supported. One thing is for sure this ship won't operate as a single independent raider well. Will need to work in groups of 3 to 6. Definitely a fleet escort.

It mostly looks good, but there are two places where I'm seeing errors (either on your end or in the sheet). 
- You are 3 short on gunners - though your overall crew numbers are correct, so shifting 3 from your Crew to the Gunners would be fine (also, typically speaking, officers are going to get a grade higher quarters than the crew and gunners, but that can be mostly personal preference).
- You actually have more than 20 weapons in at least a few firing arcs, so you should be accruing some fire control tonnage (it won't be a huge amount, but depending on how much extra you have left over could eat into your cargo).

Lastly, a couple of suggestions for ease of reading (and play if you ever get this on the table):
- Put everything in each arc into a single area rather than doing it by weapon (copy/paste is your friend here)
- In your "cargo" hold, put all of the remaining unused tonnage
- Not really an issue but vehicle bays of all types (ASF, SC, etc.) and cargo bays do not need to have a location... they just are part of the warship.

She does have the 4 White Sharks aft, along with the LRM20s and (newly added) GRs on the aft corners, plus the PPCs and UAC20s if range drops to medium.

Changes to the secondary btty, dropped 12 fighters, increased cargo and fuel. Should be less then 20 weapons (except AMS) per side. Personnel quarters reduced to steerage. Armor bumped

Unfortunately AMS counts against the 20 weapon limit and causes the multiplier for fire control to be applied.  If you don't care for that rule and are house-ruling that away, more power to you, but for a legal warship (or anything else for that matter), they count against the limit.
