Kerensky (currency) and the Inner Sphere Clans

I just noticed that all of the Inner Sphere clans continue to all use the "Kerensky" during the post-Jihad and Republic eras.  Do all six of them use the same currency, or simply all use the same name for their own internal currencies? If it's the same, who regulates it - the Sea Foxes?  A consortium of the various Merchant Castes?

EDIT: A double check actually reminds me of the bear-kroner, raven escudo and [Diamond Shark] credit, but that still leaves the Horses, Falcons, and Wolves on a common currency.

The Kerensky is universal across the Clans, and may actually be something the various Merchant castes maintain. Remember that the Falcons were said to have some good banking skills.
