"New" ATOW Character Creation
« on: 25 November 2023, 11:43:55 »
So I was going to play around with ATOW and the modified rules for character creation..but what exactly has changed?

Maybe some traits, but if I'm not mistaken, any characters made should be functionally the same?

Mostly, yes.  Tiered skills are gone, along with a couple of Traits, but that's pretty much it.  The current version of my spreadsheet takes those into account.

The biggest "change" is simply using the Point-Buy character creation method as Default rather than Life Modules.

True, but Life Modules are still there for those that like them.

Ah, forgot about Tiered skills. Probably made sense to ditch them. Alright, glad I wasn't forgetting something major.

it should be noted that the example characters have been redone to reflect point buy.
