Missing quote ( or I'm getting old)

Hi,
I recall (poorly) reading a quote recently in one of the latest releases that the Fed Suns are a major/sole purchaser of the Sun Cobra 2, I can no longer find this quote.
So my question is,  can ayone point me to where I read it? did I imagine it or was it simply wishful thinking  ::)
