Per p. 40, AToW claims that converting a skill to Classic is a simple matter of subtracting the skill level from the skill's target number, and purports that "the outcome is the same". This conversion notably ignores the benefits conferred by linked attributes that can not-insignificantly impact the character's modifiers for that skill, and which can eat up quite a lot of the character's XPs.
Is ignoring linked attributes deliberate and intentional, or just an oversight?
