Parts of the Magistracy were blacked out for several years during the Jihad, which made up to date information kind of tough to come across. The Jihad's "its not entirely factual until confirmed 34 times" doesn't help either. So you're best bet is to look at the later publications and the post-Jihad stuff, though Black Documents does detail some of the units raiding the Magistracy (or seemingly does).
