Title: Battleforce scale New Classic minis
Post by: Cidwm on 12 August 2016, 15:29:49
Any plans from Iron wind metals to produce the New Classics in the battleforce scale? I would love to get battletech miniatures in this scale for large battles.

As of now no, but down the road that could change.

The Detail on the mechs is impressive. I hope to see more of them soon.

Me too, these Mini's allow me to play Alpha Strike in a limited space,  (1"= 1cm.) and CBT on 1" hexes, I would love some more sculpts.

I LOVE the idea of this scale, although I sadly do not own any.
I do however have an EXTENSIVE collection of micro-fighters (which I absolutely LOVE! I play allot of space battles, and these miniatures look great when you paint them up and put more than one on a base to represent a squadron!).  The BattleForce scale of 'Mechs seems to be very compatible with the micro-fighters, and in turn makes the ASFs, 'Mechs, and map-scale dropships all look VERY impressive together when placed on maps.

The ONLY reason I don't have any of the BattleForce minis is because the line doesn't have enough variety.  :(

I like this scale also to counter "scale creep". For example, I bought a Starslayer because the regular mini was the size of an Atlas!
