New sculpts being produced?

Resculpts?

There seems to be many designs created and no miniatures fore them. I know the main answer will be lack of interest but if CGL comes out with a new ruleset, possibly and AS version, could it fire up renewed interest thus creating a bigger market for the minis? I posted the question of new ruleset in another section of the forums but I was thinking of all the great looking ships on paper that should be created in miniatures form.

Any new warships would be a Fan Funded effort of ships without models and most likely no resculpts. I am contemplating adding them for the next Fan Funding suggestion thread that will open next month.

Most existing sculpts are fine, so in general a good decision. I just want to raise attention for the Leviathan. One of the most important ship in the timeline - but the first version was limited and the second version has so many flaws, noone likes it. It is the only warship a resculpt is needed. ;)

It needs new art, and sadly we can't use the MattPlog commissioned art....
