It came to me the Savannah Master as an OmniHovercraft would make an effective BA Carrier. It's fast and cheap, and gains a little more utility as you can swap out equipment.

Only a single Ton of Pod Space though, so choose carefully. Probably not enough room for any meaningful Infantry.

Go full speed into a HQ's location with 3-4 of these and drop the infantry as fast as possible and you can cause absolute havoc in some of the various official scenarios.
