Anyone ever played any of the AirMech games?
« on: 21 October 2023, 16:36:48 »
Has anyone here ever played any of the AirMech series of games made by Carbon Games?
Are they any good?
(I wanted to post in the Computer Games board but these games aren't set in the BT universe).  Looking at the art on the developer's website, the look of the mecha seems (IMO) to be part BT, part Transformers, part Pacific Rim.

FULL DISCLOSURE:  my interest in these games stems mainly from the fact that the soundtracks were done by Front Line Assembly.

cheers,

Gabe
So, now I'm imagining people boxing up Overlords for loading as cargo.  "Nope, totally not a DropShip.  Everyone knows you can't fit a DropShip in a WarShip!  It's...a ten thousand ton box of marshmallows!  Yeah.  For the Heavy Guards big annual smores party."
--Arkansas Warrior, on the possibility of carrying Dropships as cargo in Warship cargo bays.

TERRAN SUPREMACY DEFENSE FORCE.  For when you want to send the SLDF, but couldn't afford the whole kit and kaboodle.
