Just announced, 2 LE minis for the cons this year, both are jumping mechs, one is the Rifleman RFL-7X from 3085 and the other is the Rifleman IIC 8 from 3085. Looks like they also can go without the jump packs.

whoa!!!! how badly do i wish I could make it to a gencon!!! those look fantastic, I really want one of those IIC 8s.

Disappointed it's just more jumping stuff, but the minis look good- I'd love to see the Rifleman IIC available in a non-jumping version. As it is though, I never can get the jump-jet plumes to look right on the ones I already have, so I may skip these.

That 7X just looks fantastic. It's my favorite Phoenix Rifleman behind the DA sculpt.

I just found a new mech for the Pink Lady! are the Jump Jets optional?

ohhh and a blue and grey paint job for the Rifleman IIC for Rodrick Frost/Steiner!

Jumoing is meh, but the minis and the configs look awesome

I know I sound like a broken record but will these be put up on the iwm site like the hatchetman and jade hawk as an online exclusive, id love to have these, but my location and summer job prevent it prevents

I rather like the Reseen Riflemen. They're vastly different from the Unseen, but they still look good. I'll be modding that IIC into a non-jumper for sure!

Meh to both, I was hoping for something that was both a completely an original sculpt (instead of a slight remodel) and without the jet plumes. My Jade Hawk and Hatchetman have yet to be built.

Blast and double blast. I really love the RFL-7X, but have no bloody chance of getting to any con.
The IIC is very nice too... and yet. I can only feel sadness, as there is little chance one will cross my palms, unless the LE end up on the IWM site.

did you see the amount of green on those? there is nothing slight about these mods

The upper torso and radar bits for the RFL were very different in the art. I may mod these when I get a couple of the -7X but in general I like these models.

I prollyt won't build the 7X Rifleman just so I can reproduce the arms for future Riflemen.

There was a DA-style jumping Spider a while back too for some convention or other, but I think that was privately funded if memory serves correct.

Personally I don't like the plumes or the poses. Anyone who plays Mechwarrior 4 knows that these guys need a hill in front of them with a little camera ship hovering over thier heads so that they can see thier targets before they jump snipe.

Does anyone know if they will have these available at the other conventions this summer? Historicon is where I plan to pick up a 7X if they will have them available.

In previous year the con exclusives have been available at Orgins, Historicon and Gencon. As long as Jim Fox is planning on being there I do not see why htey wouldn't be avaialble. But that is not a statement of them being there 100%. Only IWM and / or Jim Fox can confirm it.
