How do you commission new sculpt?.......(aka "fan funding")

Hi i am curious on how to go about the fan funding process...maybe someone who has done so will see this and help explain the process, as there are two miniatures I would like to see produced (not really sure why they have not been).  Figured I would start here before bugging Mr. Noe.

@ Crimson Dynamo well they are Dark Age crap to most......the Gyrfalcon and the Eyrie, the other two winged monkeys

considering they have yet to appear in an official TRO yet, I am not surprised.  the Shrike was made for crossover purposes.
