Good afternoon to everyone! Another month has flown by. Big thank yous out to all the posters last month. We got to see some good size armies there for the Bears and the Jags. 8)

This month we are with my second favorite faction, the Free Worlds League. Time to show the purple! :D Marik Militia, Free Worlds Guard, Whatever you may have kicking around, be it mech, battle armor, or a warship or two, please share.

This time around, I do have something to share. We have my first cracks at the 1st Marik Militia, a Zeus and a Grand Titan 'Vengeance', and then the better attempt. Full company using the IWM Alpha Strike lance packs plus a lance of Von Luckner heavy tanks.

Next month we'll be saying hi to the Dragon as we stop by the Draconis Combine. October will be desert/urban camo and Halloween.

That is an ANV-3M Anvil. It comes in the Marik Striker Lance that IWM sells (AS-015).

First an artillery lance for the Regulan Hussars. And second some ugly LRM support for the Atrean Dragoons. And at last two Stygian LRM Support hover for the Atrean Dragoons.

As there is no official camo for the long lost Marik Guard i decided to go with a base grey and purple highlights. And as described in the unit history there are LAMs ... many LAMs ...

My humble contribution, my take on the Regulan Hussars. I generally try to have a little something for every faction, and these are the odds and ends I have for the FWLM. I'd eventually like to do some other schemes but for now this is it.

But if we're being totally honest, that Warhammer in the middle is the whole reason I went with this scheme. ;)

Ed: Note that the red/white trim seen on some of the 'mechs isn't intended as a formal part of the scheme, it's just a little extra flair to help break up an otherwise drab force.

Not the typical scale I admit, but... here the the first lance of my Marik Militia company made from repainted and based MW clicky figures. I use them for 15mm scale Alpha Strike games. Being the command lance, it has some non-typical mechs for a Marik unit, since the commander has managed to gather his best resources into his personal unit.
